Right now the data (address, phone, etc.) required for user registration/checkout are pre-defined, and the only thing we can do about it is translate the field names...

Two features are desperately needed:

- let us add/remove fields from user registration and checkout

- let us decide which fields should be mandatory (e.g. right now people have to enter their phone number at checkout - a showstopper if you sell mostly virtual, low cost stuff like ebooks and your audience is from a privacy-aware region of the world... )

Create your own membership plugin. With bbpress being "Too niche" (says Adii), and WP emember and others too cluttered and unprofessional, a simple membership plugin would complement your woocommerce strategy and enable small ngos and other communities to grow with your themes.

Add the Pinterest social media button to your short code list. This would be especially appropriate for WooCommerce themes.

It would be so useful to have a booking calendar plugin that can be used on any theme. You're already halfway there with Diner's reservation bookings. It would be great to see something that can be used either for reservations (hotel, restaurant), or service bookings (consulting, spa)

There are a few available plugins like this for Wordpress, but I haven't found one that is particularly good. The Woo team could definitely build a superior plugin.

Login and Checkout with Facebok for WooCommerce like a lot of other ecommerce platforms are having now.

Right, we only have 2 options:
- display regular price
- display sales price

It's a problem if ALL of your prices are already lower than the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). If you set the regular price as the MSRP, and your price as the sales item, then ALL of your products appear as "sales items".

This makes it difficult to differentiate between your regular discounted prices, and actual SALES items.

Adding an MSRP option would be extremely useful, and very easy to do.

Similarly to the "sale" badges, having a "new" badge would be useful for new products to stand out. How long these products remain "new" could be set in the admin.

Should be useful to assign a specific fixed cost for the Cash On Delivery options because the vendor has to sustain a fixed cost. This cost should update the total cost dynamically adding the fee when the customer choose it.

As ecommerce sales tax collection and reporting becomes increasingly complex (especially in states like California and New York), it would be incredibly helpful if there was an extension that automatically monitors and calculates sales tax by location and type of product. This is particularly needed because sales tax is often not calculated simply by state or zip code but rather by complex jurisdiction requirements.

Make it possible for the audio player in the Unsigned theme to use audio via link as well as the current ability to use audio uploaded to the Media Library.

Users cannot add-to-cart variable products from the category pages. They're forced to go to individual product pages to do so.

Many other stores already offer that option. It's a much needed addition.

- The customer adds a product in the cart and it remains on the product page
- The same thing except he is redirected to the cart

Make the Notices of Theme & framework show up on dashboard instead of when theme options is clicked on.

It would be awesome to be able to have a selection of variable attributes that would include;
* the ability to have a small image display next to an attribute option, perhaps with a radio box
* Perhaps a colour swatch to select a colour from, and the ability to select the colours that would show in the swatch
* Radio Boxes
* Text Fields to enter text
* Upload a file, for people ordering a product that might be something printed or engraved

I would buy this if it was an extension too. Advanced Product Attributes or something.
